EVALUATION & ISO AUDIT

OBJECTIVE IS TO ENSURE THAT:

  • The procedures, routines and standards are effective.
  • The processes continuously improve to meet the changing needs of the customer.
  • That staff are adequately trained to provide a professional service.
  • Internal audits are conducted regularly to monitor that the procedures are followed in order to meet the clients requirements.
  • That corrective action plans are implemented if and when necessary.

PCGL SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Leads your relationship with PCGL and co-ordinates the provision of excellent security and allied services.

PCGL CONTRACT MANAGER (On Site)

Responsible for managing the delivery and execution of security and risk management services to your location and ensuring we consistently meet the highest standards of service and provision.

PCGL SUPERVISORS AND GUARDS (On Site)

Responsible for securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Sounding alarms. Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
